1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Contact and business information you submit, including name, business name, email, phone number, website, location, and project details.
- Conversation information you intentionally send through our AI chat or contact forms.
- Agreement information, including the selected package, scope notes, typed signature, consent version, acceptance time, and payment status.
- Basic technical information used for security and reliability, such as page path, request identifiers, browser information, and a protected network identifier.
- Payment information processed by Stripe. LocaVero does not store full card or bank account numbers.
3. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver services, and provide support.
- Record agreement acceptance, process payments, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.
- Improve website performance, lead handling, service quality, and security.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations.
4. When information is shared
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the business, such as website hosting, email, CRM, analytics, payment processing, and approved automation providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when legally required or when needed to protect rights, safety, and security.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. AI chat and automation
AI tools may help organize a request, answer approved business questions, or create a summary for human review. AI does not finalize pricing, schedules, contracts, refunds, or other commitments. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, Social Security numbers, health information, or other sensitive data through chat.
6. Retention
Ordinary inquiries and chat summaries are generally retained for up to 24 months. Agreement, payment, tax, dispute, and project records may be retained longer when reasonably required by law or legitimate business needs. Records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer needed.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing hello@locavero.com. You may also ask us to stop marketing communication at any time. We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, payment, or contract purposes.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, access controls, encrypted connections, and limited data collection. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
LocaVero services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
