1. Operator
The website is operated by Viacheslav Zhiltsov, sole proprietor, doing business as LocaVero, with mailing address 6425 San Fernando Road, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91201. Contact: hello@locavero.com.
2. Website information
Website content is general business information and is not legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice. Package descriptions are starting scopes. A final proposal or accepted service agreement controls the actual work.
3. Online requests
Submitting a form or AI chat does not create an appointment, guarantee availability, or require either party to purchase or provide services. LocaVero reviews requests and responds as soon as practical. No same-day response is guaranteed.
4. AI-generated responses
AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect. A human must confirm pricing, scope, schedules, legal terms, refunds, and material commitments. You remain responsible for reviewing information before relying on it.
5. Services and payment
Paid services are governed by the accepted Service Agreement, the selected package, and any written proposal or change order. Stripe processes online payments under Stripe's own terms. Advertised prices exclude third-party subscriptions, usage charges, taxes, and custom work unless expressly included.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass access controls, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the service to send unauthorized marketing, fraud, harassment, or harmful material.
7. Intellectual property
LocaVero branding, website content, designs, templates, software, and materials are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, resell, or distribute them except as expressly authorized. Ownership of paid client deliverables is addressed in the Service Agreement.
8. Third-party services
The website may link to third-party platforms. LocaVero is not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, policies, or charges.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocaVero disclaims implied warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or specific business results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, unless another written agreement requires a different process.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively.
